Booth Design Brefood at Agrofood 2023

Client & Challenge

Brefood, a brand in the food production and processing sector, aimed to create a highly creative and unconventional booth for Agrofood 2023. 

The goal was to showcase the natural and healthy essence of its products, offer an entertaining and interactive experience, and highlight the brand’s signature orange color.

Design Concept & Creative Solutions

Our concept, “Natural Playground,” combined nature-inspired design with interactive elements, creating an immersive and memorable brand environment.

  • The Interactive Gift Tree: The centerpiece was a large custom-built tree representing the natural source of Brefood’s ingredients. Visitors could throw balls at product targets on the branches, and hitting a target won them that product as a gift.
  • Immersive Natural Elements: Green walls throughout the booth enhanced the sense of vitality. A football-themed photo booth, decorated with plant-based elements, offered families a fun, shareable experience. Additional features like a mill and sacks of raw ingredients communicated the brand’s “field-to-table” story.
  • Strategic & Vibrant Color Palette: The brand’s energetic orange dominated the design, paired thoughtfully with black and grey accents to create a modern, dynamic, and eye-catching visual identity.
  • Safety-First Design: To ensure visitor safety during the interactive game, a discreet fine-mesh fence was installed behind the tree, containing the balls without disrupting the aesthetic.

Results & Impact

The Brefood booth became one of the most visited attractions at Agrofood 2023.

  • Exceptional Visitor Engagement: The interactive tree game and photo booth drew high participation, increasing visitor dwell time and creating a positive association with Brefood.
  • Strong Brand Identity: The prominent use of orange and nature-themed elements clearly conveyed the brand’s identity and values.
