Quala Coffee, an innovative French brand, set out to reinvent the coffee experience for a younger generation. The main challenge was introducing four new Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cold coffee products into an already crowded market.
Starting from zero digital presence, the brand needed a clear strategy to quickly achieve three goals: build brand awareness, generate excitement for the new products and position Quala as a modern, high-quality and accessible choice.

Our strategy centered on the brand’s slogan: “The pleasure of cold coffee in every can.” The aim was to create an emotional, lifestyle-driven connection with people who value convenience, quality and a fresh experience. We adopted a digital-first approach with two key pillars:
