2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number and company or brand name;
- your location, preferred recording date, service or package of interest, project requirements, number of participants, budget or message;
- answers submitted through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad / Instant Form, including information pre-filled by Meta and answers to custom questions;
- website, device and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, referral source, campaign, advertisement or form identifier;
- communications and follow-up records, including emails, calls, WhatsApp messages and booking discussions; and
- payment or transaction information where necessary to arrange or administer a booking. We generally do not store complete payment-card details.
Please do not submit sensitive information, such as Emirates ID details, passwords, health information or complete payment-card details, unless we specifically request it through a secure channel.
3. How we collect information
We collect information when you submit a form or enquiry on our website, submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad / Instant Form, contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, request a quote or booking, or browse our website.
Meta may pre-fill fields in an Instant Form using information associated with your Meta account. Meta processes information under its own Data Policy and is responsible for its own processing activities on its platforms.

- respond to enquiries and provide information about studio availability, packages, prices and services;
- prepare quotations, proposals and booking arrangements;
- schedule, deliver and manage studio recording, podcast production, editing and related services;
- contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry or booking;
- measure advertising performance and understand which campaigns generate enquiries;
- improve our website, services, customer experience and marketing;
- prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents and unlawful activity;
- maintain business, accounting, operational and customer-service records;
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders and lawful requests; and
- send relevant promotional communications where permitted by law and where we have the required consent or another lawful basis.
We will not use lead information for a materially different purpose that is incompatible with the purpose explained when the information was collected, unless permitted by law or we obtain an appropriate additional permission.
