Booking Time
The booked period includes setup, shooting and breakdown time.
Late Arrival
Late arrival does not extend the original booking end time.
Extension
Extensions are subject to studio availability and may include overtime charges.
Crew Size
Customers must provide an accurate total crew size before the booking. Additional attendees beyond the included capacity will be charged separately.
Additional Person
Additional attendees are charged at AED 20 per person / per hour.
Cleaning
The studio must be returned in the same general condition in which it was provided. Additional cleaning may be charged separately.
Damage
The booking holder is responsible for damage caused by their crew, guests or contractors.
Vehicles
Vehicles are permitted in Studio A only. Tire marks, stains, scratches or damage requiring repainting or repair may incur additional charges.
Equipment
Included equipment is limited to what is explicitly stated in the booking. Additional equipment requires separate confirmation from HELIO.
Overtime
Studios B and C: 6 PM – 10 PM +20%; after 10 PM +50%.
Studio Capacity
Studio A: 12 people included. Studio B: 6. Studio C: 6.
Coffee Vouchers
Complimentary vouchers match base capacity only (A:12, B:6, C:6) and do not increase with extra persons.
Last-minute bookings
Online payment requires at least 12 hours before start. Closer bookings need HELIO team confirmation.
Cancellation
More than 48 hours: 50% refundable. 24–48 hours: 30% refundable. Less than 24 hours: 0% refund.
Policy Acceptance
Completing the booking confirms acceptance of HELIO’s Booking Terms, Studio Rules and Cancellation Policy.
